Job Title: Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
Behaviour support Teaching Assistant Location: Knowsley Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Salary: £13 per hour Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with challenging behaviour? Axcis Education is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistants in Knowsley. The successful candidate will be expected to: 1. Provide 1:1 support to students with challenging behaviour in both primary and secondary mainstream settings. 2. Implement effective behaviour management techniques. 3. Utilise de-escalation strategies to support students in challenging situations. 4. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment. 5. Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) as needed. The successful candidate will be required to possess: 1. Strong behaviour management skills. 2. Previous experience working with students with challenging behaviour. 3. DBS on the update service. 4. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) is advantageous. 5.
