Teaching assistants required for secondary school in Bristol Axcis Education are looking for a teaching assistant to work in a secondary school in the Brislington area of Bristol. This role may be in their resource base or within the main school, but it has not been fully decided yet on where it will be. This role is full time working 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday and term time only and ideally we are looking at someone starting around September time. The school are looking for people that are able to really get stuck in and involved in helping in class. Get on their feet and move around and reach out to more students. The school are also needing people that are fluent in English due to the students that they have at the school who may have trouble understanding someone who may not have a high level of spoken English. The school need people full time and long term, likely to run for the reminder of the school year. The school is close to public transport so for anyone who uses the buses are going to be able to get to the school easily, but for those who drive, the school has a large car park available to staff. In order to work with us you will need to have an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
