Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about supporting students with diverse needs? Are you experienced in providing tailored support to children aged 11-16? A lovely secondary school in Brent are seeking a dedicated SEN teaching assistant to join their team! Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN in Key Stage 3 or 4 • Utilise expertise in supporting students with SEMH needs, ASD, Challenging Behaviour and ADHD • Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized support plans and accommodations • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and valued Requirements: • Previous experience supporting students in KS 3 or 4 is essential • Familiarity with SEMH, ASD, Challenging Behaviour and ADHD • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are desirable If you’re passionate about inclusive education and ready to make an impact as a SEN teaching assistant, apply now!
