Axcis Education are currently recruiting for a reputable SEN school located in the Sefton area. We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and challenging behaviour. This is a long-term, full-time position, offering between£12 -£15 per hour, Monday to Friday. Additionally, the school provides on-site parking facilities and is conveniently accessible via local transport links. The ideal candidates will possess a genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with additional needs, and will have demonstrable experience in managing challenging behaviours effectively. Duties will include providing one-to-one support to the student, implementing behaviour management strategies, and collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to create a supportive learning environment.
