Axcis Education currently has an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant to work in a large primary school in L10 in Liverpool!
This school caters for children with challenging behaviour, most of which is very mild, but is due to the children here may be on the autism spectrum, or they have ADHD , and cannot function in a normal classroom. All of the children here just need a helpful, supportive teaching assistant to aid them in their learning. As the children at the school can exhibit this behaviour, the school would preferably like a candidate that has had some classroom experience, ideally a few months, but they are open to any youth workers or ex military professionals that wants to transition into the classroom. For this role you may be required to work 1-1 and on a small group basis with students, so applicants need to be comfortable with doing this.
This role will be full time, Monday to Friday 8:30-16:00pm, train stations are a 15 minute walk from the school, and there is an onsite car parking facility for staff. For this role the ideal candidate must be available full time. Pay for this role will be £12.19 per hour.
