This training is aimed at people who are new to supply work or new to the UK education system. This includes support staff such as teaching assistants and support staff, NQTs/ECTs and OTTs (overseas trained teachers).

Learning Outcomes:
This training will help you to develop skills that will be useful while doing supply work. We will offer tips for getting the best out of supply work, SEND awareness, behaviour management advice and we will aim to steer you in the right direction regarding your responsibilities and rights when working in a school for an agency. This training will also give you the opportunity to network with fellow Axcis staff to share ideas and good practice.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
