We can assist individuals seeking a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) roles, from teachers and teaching assistants to therapists and school leaders as well as other support staff such as sports coaches and school administrators.
A large proportion of our jobs are in special schools, residential settings, units and alternative provisions, but we also have positions working with small groups of pupils with more moderate types of special needs in mainstream primary and secondary schools. Our clients provide an education for young people with a variety of special needs, including PMLD (profound and multiple learning difficulties), SLD (severe learning difficulties), ASD (autistic spectrum disorder), SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) issues and many others.
Although we are a dedicated special needs employment agency and welcome candidates with previous special educational needs experience or qualifications, we also acknowledge that a huge part of working successfully within the special needs sector is related to finding the “right fit” personality-wise. If you have an interest in working with special needs but no formal experience or SEND qualifications, please either register on our website (it's free and takes just a few minutes) or contact us and we will put you in touch with a consultant who will be happy to offer you advice on this matter. We offer training and support across wide-ranging specialist areas and would love to work with you in this most rewarding of careers.

We regularly publish fantastic SEND resources, news and views from professionals in the sector as well as celebrating the success of our candidates and offering books and equipment to use in the classroom in our monthly giveaways.
