Job Title: Behaviour Assistant
Location: Haringey, Secondary School Salary: Competitive, based on experience Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Behaviour Assistant to join our team at a diverse, vibrant, urban secondary school in Haringey. The successful candidate will support students in managing their behaviour, build trusting relationships with students and will work closely with teachers and support staff. This role will suit someone who thrives on working with young people with challenging behaviour while being a positive role model Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the implementation of behaviour management strategies. • Support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills. • Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to address behavioural issues. • Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour. Requirements: • Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student welfare. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
