We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. Job Description: As a Class Teacher you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth. The role involves teaching a specific subject area (to be discussed based on your expertise and the school's requirements) to students across different age groups and ability levels. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments. • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning journey. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources. • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic performance. • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential. • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your area of expertise. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. • Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Eligibility to work in the UK.
