Job Title: Exam Invigilator
Location: Mitcham
Working Hours: Flexible, during exam periods (exact dates and times to be confirmed)
A secondary school is seeking reliable and organized individuals to join the team as Exam Invigilators. The role involves overseeing the smooth and secure administration of examinations, ensuring all regulations are followed, and creating a calm and supportive environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during exams, ensuring exam conditions are maintained at all times.
Distribute and collect examination materials in accordance with school and exam board protocols.
Monitor the exam room to prevent cheating or breaches of conduct.
Assist with seating arrangements and ensure students understand and comply with instructions.
Record any incidents or irregularities during the examination process.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Availability during exam periods, including mornings and afternoons.
Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
