Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging geography lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. • Create innovative and interactive teaching resources to enhance learning outcomes. • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development. • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the geography department and school community. Requirements: • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in geography education. • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for geography. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best. • Experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds is desirable.
