What You'll Be Doing: Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis. Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery, adapting materials to meet students' individual needs. Helping students develop their social skills and manage emotional regulation. Building positive relationships with students, offering both academic and emotional support. Working collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and external agencies to support each child’s learning journey. What We're Looking For: Recent graduates with a passion for working with children with additional needs. A caring, patient, and resilient individual with excellent communication skills. Someone who can think on their feet and adapt to the needs of the students. Prior experience with SEND is a bonus, but not essential – enthusiasm and dedication are key!
