Axcis Education are looking to recruit Higher-Level Teaching Assistants to work in schools across the Plymouth area. About the role The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of the curriculum and assessment within the classroom and be comfortable teaching all year groups from EYFS-KS2. You would work within many of our highly rated client schools in the Plymouth area. The staff ensure every child feels happy and safe, liaising closely with parents, carers, and guardians to ensure all pupils are supported and valued. Requirements To be considered for the role of Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will: • Experience of teaching within Early Years, KS1 and KS2. • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage • An ability to work independently and as part of a team. • An ability to follow class teacher’s planning effectively. • Have at least a level 4 HLTA qualification Axcis Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
