Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Bromley, London Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: Up to £15 per hour (based on qualifications and experience) Responsibilities: Provide personaliSed support to students with additional learning needs in technical subjects. Conduct interactive sessions to foster comprehension and skill enhancement. Collaborate closely with teaching staff to deploy effective support methodologies. Maintain meticulous records of student progress. Requirements: Previous experience in supporting learners with diverse learning requirements. Proficiency in technical trades such as plumbing or carpentry. No formal teaching qualifications necessary - this role is about providing learning assistance. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
