Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Assistant to join our team in Chingford (E4) to support the teaching, learning, and development of independent learning skills for secondary students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This position is within a PRU secondary school and will start after Easter. Key Responsibilities: -Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with individual learning needs -Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities -Help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment -Must have a valid DBS and prior experience working with SEMH students and managing challenging behaviour Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
