Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – Wembley up to £90
Axcis is currently seeking Learning Support Assistant. If you have a minimum of 6 months of experience working within SEND schools or Primary schools and want to continue that development, this role could be ideal for you.
The role is based in a newly built School in Wembley for early years supporting pupils up to 20 – 30 in a classroom. The requirement for the role is that you have a real desire to work with young children within the classroom environment, where your regular input makes a positive difference and contribution to both their learning experience and character development.
The ideal candidate
To be considered a real asset to the school, you must demonstrate:
• Experience and knowledge of working closely with SEN students with mild to severe
needs is essential
• Nursery level 2 or level 3
• The ability to deliver teaching in multiple environments: 1:1, small group support
work and classrooms
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to the work set before you
• The ability to use your initiative and think on your feet
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A friendly and professional approach always
• Psychology graduates welcome
