JOB LOCATION:

Maths Teacher - QTS - Manchester City Centre - KS3 and KS4 Axcis Education are working on behalf of a client school that is seeking to appoint a Maths Teacher. THE ROLE: This is an educational role, working to teach, assess, and set work for up to 10 students throughout the week who are currently in hospital. You will work on a 1:1 basis with each pupil, and will be working to plug any gaps in their curriculum due to absences, and keep them on task to perform to their full potential. The role can be flexible for the right person, either reduced hours 5 days per week, or full time 3 or 4 days per week. Theyre open to fit round existing schedules, but only if this doesnt impact the level of teaching quality needed to be delivered to the pupils. YOU WILL NEED: - First subject must be Maths and you MUST have previous experience teaching Maths to Secondary / KS3 and 4 Level. - Have full QTS. - Be prepared to work on site, moving from ward to ward. - A fully enhanced DBS, on the update service, or a willing to procure one.
