The Ideal Candidate: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. - Holds a current DBS on the update service. - Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills. - Has a proven track record of raising attainment and accelerating progress. - Is adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to engage students of varying abilities. - Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents. - Is committed to ongoing professional development and is receptive to feedback.
