Your roles and responsibilities will encompass the planning and delivery of lessons aligned with the national curriculum, with a primary focus on cultivating an engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere. You will also employ differentiation strategies to cater to students with diverse abilities. Additionally, you may be involved in various classroom responsibilities, such as leading or participating in extracurricular activities during and after school hours. Prior experience collaborating with Teaching Assistants (TAs) is advantageous, as it enriches students' learning experiences and fosters academic success.
