Role Overview:
• Position: Full-time Teaching Assistant
• Focus: Providing support to Reception and Year 1 pupils with SEND needs
• Location: Warm and welcoming primary school in Wembley
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: £83.40 per day (PAYE)

Your Role and Impact
• Supportive Learning: Work 1:1 and in small groups with SEND pupils to enhance their focus, task management, and learning access.
• Positive Environment: Help create a structured, nurturing space with clear boundaries that supports growth and confidence.

What We’re Looking For
• Essential Qualifications:
o Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree in any field.
• Key Skills:
o Excellent spoken and written English for effective communication.
o A patient, empathetic, and supportive attitude toward learning.
• Experience:
o Previous experience with SEND children is ideal.
o A basic understanding of Speech and Language (don’t worry, training is provided!).
