Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with teachers to create and implement personalized educational plans for students with diverse needs. • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, both in and outside the classroom, to facilitate their learning and development. • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence, self-confidence, and positive social interactions. • Assist students in developing communication and language skills, as well as managing emotional challenges effectively. • Support students with sensory and medical needs, ensuring their well-being and comfort throughout the school day. • Observe and record students'' progress, contributing to assessments and reports as required. • Work closely with the SENCO and other staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive learning environment for all students. Requirements: • Previous experience working with students with diverse special needs is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
