Axcis Education is looking for experienced SEN Teachers to join a primary school in N17 that caters to pupils with very high needs. This is a full-time role, providing a fantastic opportunity to support children with complex learning difficulties, including autism, communication challenges, and physical disabilities. About the Role: Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of pupils with complex SEN. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment. Implement individual learning plans to support academic, social, and emotional development. Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage pupils with diverse needs. Manage behaviour effectively and promote a structured and nurturing classroom atmosphere. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with pupils with high needs, including autism, PMLD, or communication difficulties. A creative, patient, and adaptable approach to SEN teaching. Strong knowledge of differentiation strategies and inclusive teaching methods. A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate or willingness to obtain one.
