This is a full-time position with no part-time options available. About the Role: Provide 1:1 support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Work with students aged 5-16, learning up to Lower Key Stage 2 level. Assist in implementing PECS and Makaton communication strategies (advantageous). Use de-escalation techniques to support students with behavioral needs. Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a structured and nurturing learning environment. Requirements: CACHE Level 2 or 3 Certificate. Minimum 6 months of UK-based school experience (essential). Previous experience working with SEN students (preferred).
