Job Title: SEND Early Years Teacher
Position: Early Years Teacher (EYTS) with SEND Experience Location: Ilford, London Salary: Competitive, based on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher with a strong background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Key Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and inclusive early years education programs. • Support children with SEND, implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs. • Collaborate with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each child. • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Requirements: • Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or equivalent qualification. • Proven experience working with children with SEND. • In-depth knowledge of SEND practices, legislation, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
