Care Assistant / Teaching Assistant – SEND School (White City) A compassionate and experienced Care Assistant or Teaching Assistant is sought to join a supportive SEND school in White City. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact by supporting students with Complex Needs, Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) across primary and secondary age groups. The position is available on a full-time basis or can be worked four days per week. Position Details: Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Days: Full-time or 4 days per week Age Groups: Primary and secondary Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated support to students with complex needs, ensuring they thrive in a safe, inclusive environment. Collaborate closely with teaching staff to support students’ learning and development. Assist in creating an environment tailored to individual needs, fostering students' growth and well-being.
