Job Title: SEND teaching assistant/care worker in Hillingdon
Location: Hillingdon Position Overview: Role: Teaching Assistant Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Daily Rate: From £93.48 Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support for boys exhibiting challenging behaviours. Assist in their academic learning and emotional growth. Employ strategies to de-escalate situations. Help implement Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Keep detailed records of student progress and incidents. Offer personal care as needed. Essential Qualifications: Experience working with challenging behaviours. Strong skills in communication and interpersonal interactions. Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and composed under pressure. Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field.
