Assist in their academic learning and emotional growth. Employ strategies to de-escalate situations. Help implement Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Keep detailed records of student progress and incidents. Offer personal care as needed. Essential Qualifications: Experience working with challenging behaviours.
