Pay: Starting from £89 per day, depending on experience

We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated and supportive team at a school in Sandwell. As a key member of our team, you will help students overcome barriers to learning and provide them with the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with SEND in the classroom, ensuring their learning needs are met.
• Work closely with teachers to implement tailored support and strategies for individual students.
• Assist with academic tasks, helping students understand instructions and stay engaged with the curriculum.
• Provide emotional and behavioural support, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage student independence, confidence, and social development.

• Previous experience in SEND, whether personal or professional, is essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
