We're seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to contribute expertise in sensory support, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all. Key Responsibilities: • Cover Provision: Deliver quality classroom cover in absence of regular teachers, maintaining a supportive atmosphere. • Sensory Strategies: Implement effective strategies to aid students with sensory challenges, promoting inclusivity. • Collaborative Support: Work closely with teaching staff to ensure seamless learning experiences for all students. • Student Guidance: Offer personalised assistance, fostering independence and confidence in learning. • Adaptive Resources: Create and adapt materials to accommodate diverse sensory requirements. Requirements: • Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in an educational setting. • Expertise: Proven knowledge and practical application of sensory support methodologies. • Versatility: Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles. • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. • Qualifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or sensory support (preferred).
