We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to become a part of our dynamic team at a mainstream school in Handsworth, West Midlands. Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a primary school both inside and outside the classroom, helping them succeed in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Support students with special educational needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Provide individualized or small group support to enhance students' understanding. Prepare teaching materials and resources. Build positive relationships with students to boost their confidence and social skills. Support classroom management and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. Handle record-keeping and other administrative tasks. Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred. Strong communication skills and a caring approach. Passionate about creating a positive learning environment. Flexible and adaptable to meet classroom needs. The daily rate of pay for this role is £95.29.
