This role involves supporting a child in Year 5 with autism and communication challenges on a one-to-one basis, helping them access learning and develop key communication skills. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted strategies and interventions, and you may also be asked to support other children in the classroom or/and run small group sessions. To be considered for this role, you must have experience supporting speech and communication needs in an educational or care setting.
