Job Title: Teacher - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Axcis Education is working in partnership with a SEND secondary school in Wirral, who are seeking to appoint an inspirational and motivated PMLD teacher. The school has a welcoming ethos; built on respect and teamwork, with a highly supportive leadership team and governing body. The role is teaching pupils with a range of SEND including PMLD, complex needs and autism and will involve working alongside other teachers to plan effective and interactive lessons. Successful candidates will: - Have previous experience working in a similar setting with children / young adults with SEND including PMLD, ASC and complex needs - Be able to demonstrate high aspirations for all learners - Be effective in planning and complete accurate assessments to ensure the progress and development of pupils - Have a flexible approach to meet the holistic needs of the pupils Applicants must hold QTS status.
