We have a full time role available in a primary school in Glastonbury. They provide a specialist setting for children in the primary age range, unable to engage with their learning in a mainstream school setting. Most of the children in this setting will have been affected by various challenging behaviour or trauma.
We frequently recruit for ongoing job opportunities to work in this setting and look for people with appropriate personal attributes, skills & experience in order to be successful and work alongside the staff team to provide excellent education opportunities for the children.
For this role you'll have had good professional experience in working with children that display challenging behaviour and at achieving successful child outcomes. You'll need to be resilient, calm and have a positive outlook in order to motivate and inspire pupils who have had difficult times recently.
