Axcis Education are currently working with a lovely primary school outside in Shaftesbury who are seeking an experienced teaching assistant or someone who has experience working with young people/SEND. You would be working in a classroom of 6 students, all with EHC plans. The students are in a mixed class of reception and year 1. You will be helping the pupils transition into their need school and classroom. Furthermore, supporting the children as they develop routines that meet their needs. The role will begin in September 2024 and the hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8:30am-15:30am. This role will start on a temporary basis and is likely to become permanent for the right candidate. Pay is £13.52 hourly.
