Axcis Education is currently working with an alternative provision in the Warrington area who is seeking a Team Teach trained Learning Support Assistant to work on a 121 basis with a 13 year old child with SEMH. You will need to have previous experience of working in a similar role and have a calm and patient approach, as well as having the skills and personality needing to keep the child on task. Requirements for the role; * Experience of having supported on a 121 basis * Experience of working with ASD, ADHD and/or SEMH * Current and valid Team Teach certification * Available for work immediately and ongoing * A recognised TA qualification would be an advantage but not essential The provision offers; * A supportive culture and open door policy * Team ethos and working together as one * The opportunity to undertake further training and CPD via the school * The possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate You will be working on a long term ongoing basis supporting the pupil and the school will need commitment for the foreseeable future.
