Job Title: Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant
Location: North West London Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Pay: £84+ per day Contract: Temporary Are you a skilled and resilient Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training? We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join a dedicated SEND provision, supporting Key Stage 3 to Further Education (KS3-FE) students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and very challenging behaviour. Your Role: • Support and care for students with PMLD, promoting their educational and personal development. • Confidently implement Team Teach strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour. • Provide personal care to meet the individual needs of students in a respectful and supportive manner. • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
