We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our outstanding SEND school in Barnet as an unqualified teaching assistant. Primary Responsibilities: • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons. • Help SEND pupils with their daily activities, ensuring their safety and support. • Build positive relationships with pupils to enhance their confidence and learning. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support pupil development. Qualifications and Skills: • No formal qualifications required; a genuine interest in working with children is essential. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude. • Ability to work effectively within a team. • Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
