Job Title: Unqaulified Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our outstanding SEND school in Barnet as an unqualified teaching assistant. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities and making a positive impact on their lives. Primary Responsibilities: • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons. • Help SEND pupils with their daily activities, ensuring their safety and support. • Build positive relationships with pupils to enhance their confidence and learning. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support pupil development. Qualifications and Skills: • No formal qualifications required; a genuine interest in working with children is essential. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude. • Ability to work effectively within a team. • Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
