This full-time role involves providing one-on-one assistance to students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). About You: • Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or similar needs is highly desirable. • A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of students. • Relevant qualifications in education or care are advantageous but not essential.
