Axcis Education is partnering with a local secondary school to recruit dedicated subject-specific tutors for a unique and rewarding opportunity. The Role: We are seeking tutors to provide 1:1 instruction to a Year 10 student in Clevedon who is unable to attend school due to medical reasons. We are looking for either one individual who can tutor the child for all the subjects required or three individual subject tutors. This role would also be ideal for teachers who are looking to pick up some flexible, part-time work. Key Responsibilities: • Delivering tailored tutoring sessions in English, History, or Textiles. • Adapting lessons to the student’s unique needs and learning pace. • Creating a positive and engaging learning environment in the student’s home. Requirements: • Specific knowledge or training in English, History, or Textiles. • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or other relevant qualifications are preferred. • Experience in 1:1 tutoring or teaching. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexibility and adaptability to the student’s needs and schedule.
