We are looking for a 1-to-1 SEND teaching assistant to start ASAP to work in a mainstream primary school near to Kidderminster town centre. You will be working in a wonderful mainstream primary school which has kept it’s family feel, enabling staff to have a welcoming, enjoyable experience at work and the pleasure of supporting amazing young people in-school, where you will receive training & support from the SENCo. This role will be working long-term on a 1-to-1 basis with a primary aged child in Year 4. They are autistic and struggle to access the mainstream curriculum. You will be given strategies to support the child as they are in the main classroom but the school has facilities to enable quiet rooms to focus and they encourage you to take them outside to have breaks between lessons. This is a long-term, full-time role, working term-time only on the hours of 8:30 till 3:30. You will be paid on a weekly basis starting from £95.29 per day dependent on experience & qualifications.
