Job Title: Health Care Assistant – SEND Provision
Location: North West London Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Pay: £84+ per day Contract: Temporary Are you a dedicated Health Care Assistant with a passion for supporting young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)? Join our team in a specialist SEND provision, working with Key Stage 2 to Further Education (KS2-FE) students who have complex needs and very challenging behaviour. Your Role: • Provide high-quality care and support to students with PMLD, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. • Deliver personal care with confidence, meeting individual needs sensitively and respectfully. • Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. • Work collaboratively with the teaching and support staff to address behavioural challenges effectively.
