Join our team in a specialist SEND provision, working with Key Stage 2 to Further Education (KS2-FE) students who have complex needs and very challenging behaviour. Your Role: • Provide high-quality care and support to students with PMLD, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. • Deliver personal care with confidence, meeting individual needs sensitively and respectfully. • Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. • Work collaboratively with the teaching and support staff to address behavioural challenges effectively.
