What You’ll Do: As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will: • Work closely with students in small groups or 1:1 setting, helping them navigate their learning and emotional development. • Support students in engaging with therapeutic and creative programs, such as art, music or outdoor learning. • Be a positive role model, guiding students through challenges with patience and care. • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment. About You: We’re looking for compassionate individuals who bring: • Experience or a strong interest in working with children with autism, SEMH or other SEND needs. • A patient, adaptable and empathetic nature. • Great communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with school staff. • The ability to manage challenging behaviour positively and calmly.
