Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Are you passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and succeed? A Pupil Referral Unit in Liverpool is looking for a committed and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join their team and support students in achieving their potential. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role with an immediate start. The pay ranges from £90.00 to £95.00 per day, depending on experience and responsibilities. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, making a real impact on students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. You will have access to ongoing training and professional development and be part of a dedicated team focused on student success. We are looking for someone with experience working with challenging behaviour, although this is preferred rather than essential. The ideal candidate will have a patient, understanding, and proactive approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for mentoring and supporting young people.
