Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant
Axcis Education is delighted to be recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive and welcoming primary school in Bristol. This role involves providing dedicated behaviour support to a number of pupils, fostering positive relationships and helping them to achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to support pupils with behaviour needs, encouraging positive social interactions and learning behaviours.
• Help to maintain high standards of behaviour in line with the school’s ethos of respect, compassion, and perseverance.
• Foster a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported to overcome their challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to develop and implement tailored strategies for individual pupils.
• Embody the school’s values of generosity, forgiveness, and courage in your daily interactions.

• Holds relevant qualifications or experience in behaviour support or education (preferred but not essential).
