Job Title: BSL TEACHING ASSISTANT
Are you a skilled British Sign Language (BSL) Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team full-time, working closely with SEND students to enhance their learning experience and ensure they feel fully supported. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support to students using British Sign Language, adapting communication to meet their unique needs. Assist students in accessing the curriculum, fostering their confidence and independence. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Ideal Candidate: Prior experience working with SEND students is essential. Experience within an educational setting is desired but not required. Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive approach to supporting diverse learners. What We Offer: Competitive daily pay rate of £83.40.
