Job Title: Experienced SEN Teacher
Location: North London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our inclusive school in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to make a real difference in the lives of students who face unique challenges. You must have QTS status to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, tailored lessons to students with a range of SEND, including learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, and physical disabilities.
Develop and implement EHCP's to support each student's learning and development.
Work closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to provide holistic support for each student.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to ensure continued academic and personal growth.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching students with SEND, preferably in a mainstream or special school setting.
Strong understanding of the SEND code of practice and experience in creating and implementing IEPs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
