Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-to-one and classroom-based support to students with SEND needs. • Assist students requiring personal care in a respectful and compassionate manner. • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment. • Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment tailored to each student’s individual needs. • Adapt to various classroom settings and respond effectively to dynamic needs as they arise. About You: We are looking for individuals who are: • Experienced in working with individuals with learning disabilities or from a care background. • Compassionate, resilient, and committed to supporting students with diverse and complex needs. • Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward learning and development. Qualifications & Requirements: • A background in care or SEND support is desirable but not essential—training can be provided. • A genuine passion for working with children and young adults. • Enhanced DBS check (required before starting the role).
