About the Role: You will be responsible for teaching a small group of KS1 pupils with diverse and complex needs, ensuring they receive an individualised, engaging, and enriching learning experience. You will also lead a team of Teaching Assistants (TAs) to provide high-quality support tailored to each child's needs. Your responsibilities will include: ? Planning & Delivering Outstanding Lessons – Create personalised and engaging learning experiences that foster communication, independence, and life skills. ? Providing Targeted SEND Support – Adapt teaching methods to support students with Autism (ASD), communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. ? Managing & Leading a Team – Work closely with Teaching Assistants, guiding them to effectively support student progress and wellbeing. ?
