As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for students. You will cover lessons for absent teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged and productive. This role is vital in providing stability and continuity in the classroom, contributing to the overall learning experience of our students. *** A cover supervisor is a non-subject specific role that allows you to cover short term in the absence of a class teacher, following pre-set work and behaviour policy to ensure a safe environment is available*** Key Responsibilities: • Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher. • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students complete their tasks. • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. • Provide support and guidance to students as needed. • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience. • Assist with administrative tasks related to lesson coverage.
