We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable early years practitioner to join a lovely school in Waltham Forest E10. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the class teacher to support students in their daily activities and academic progress. - Assist in delivering targeted interventions to meet the specific needs of children with autism and social communication needs. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student engagement and participation. Requirements: - Previous experience working in a school environment and supporting children with autism and non-verbal. - Familiarity with Makaton and PECS highly desirable but not a necessity - A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners. Role: Monday to Friday, full-time.
