Job Title: Experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant's Needed in Barnet
Are you a passionate and experienced SEND LSA looking to make a positive impact?
We are a specialist SEND recruitment agency seeking experienced LSA's to join our team! We have a variety of exciting roles available across both primary and secondary schools in the Barnet area.
What you'll do:
Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
Work collaboratively with teachers to implement EHCP's
Deliver 1:1 support to students, where applicable
Contribute to the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills
What we're looking for:
Proven experience working with SEND students in a school setting
A strong understanding of SEND legislation and frameworks
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
The ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Experience with 1:1 support is desirable
